Job Description:

Responsible with payroll process
*
Prepare all reports related to payroll information
*
Support in hiring process (agreement, personal documentations and etc.)
*
Responsible for correspondence
*
Maintaining HR Data (leave, sick leave record and etc.)

General Requirement:

Excellent communication skill
*
1 years experiences – Junior position
*
Well organized and concentrate
*
Pro-active
*
Able to work under pressure
*
Able to communicate in English both oral and written.

Special Requirement:

*
Experienced with ABS Payroll System
*
Proficiency in Excel
*
Able to join with the Company in 10 working days after approved
on the process
